The History of Litolia:
The ancient Kingdom of Litolia has recently been upset by a great catastrophe. In the late 1390s, a plague broke out in the country, killing 40% of its inhabitants. The old monarchy still stands under the banner of a young king, but the people are struggling to make ends meet and the empty court is being filled with scavengers trying to get to their share of the riches left by the dead. The new king struggles to rid his court of corruption and to provide an heir to stabilize the kingdom, but after so much trouble, the job is hard to do.
